Baking School Programs
At Star Career Academy’s Baking School and Pastry School, you will learn all the elements of baking and pastry production. You will also learn advanced techniques featuring artisan and specialty breads, cakes and pastry, and dessert production and presentation. Graduates work as assistant pastry chefs, assistant cake decorators, assistant bakers and staff bakers.
Culinary School Programs
The Star Career Academy’s Culinary School programs teach you the fundamentals of food preparation, baking and pastry arts, catering and more; all in simulated professional environments. In short, our cooking school will teach you everything from soup to nuts. Graduates from our culinary school may work as cook’s assistants, line cooks, short-order cooks, bakers, garde mangers or sous chefs in restaurants, corporate dining rooms, hospitals and catering companies.
Hotel & Restaurant Management Program
The Hotel and Restaurant Management program at Star Career Academy prepares you for entry-level positions in the hospitality industry. Graduates work for hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering companies and cruise lines in a wide variety of positions. You will learn hotel operations in a simulated hotel environment. Everything &ndash from front desk operations, food and beverage procedures, and cost control &ndash is included.
Medical Assisting and Technician School Programs
